Mr. Hoechst, a seasoned professional with over 24 years of licensed survey experience, has consistently assumed progressively responsible roles throughout his career. Since 2005, he has served as a principal surveyor, overseeing the timely delivery and ensuring quality control for all surveys managed within the offices under his leadership. His expertise extends to large-scale highway route retracements, powerline surveys, and extensive geodetic surveys. Additionally, Mr. Hoechst authored the cover article for the February 2006 edition of Point of Beginning (POB), a nationally published surveying magazine.

Senior Land Survey Manager: Northwestern Energy, Butte, MT
•    Conducting, preparing, and managing all surveys for the company.
•    Supporting engineering, land acquisition, retracements of existing properties, and infrastructure construction.
 
Butte District Land Survey Manager: Montana Department of Transportation, Butte, MT
•    District’s technical and legal authority.
•    Directing and overseeing all District Land Survey operations and activities.
•    Developed all aspects of the department, including staffing, equipping, and file organization.
